If you’re in search of a top-class holiday where beautiful surroundings, fabulous service and culinary excellence all come together, you’re in luck!

The Weather in Sicily

First up, you can enjoy wonderfully hot weather, reaching 30°C on average during July and August. If this is a little too hot for you, there’s no need to worry, as early and late summer temperatures are around the mid-to-high twenties, and even October enjoys a balmy climate, hovering around the mid-twenties. This means that whether you love to soak up as much sunshine as possible on the beach, or head out on new and exciting daily adventures, there’s a time of year which is perfect for both.

Sicily’s food

Next up, we’re confident that Sicily won’t disappoint from a culinary angle. Italian delights such as arancini, traditional pizza and sumptuously sweet cannoli will make regular appearances, along with some superb local wine – who could ask for more?

All the history…

Culturally, Sicily is an absolute gem. Intricate baroque architecture can be found in abundance in the South East of the island, and impressive Greek ruins can also be discovered in many places, including Taormina with its Greek Theatre, and Agrigento, home to the Valley of the Temples. Sicily itself is home to not one, not two, but seven UNESCO World Heritage Sites, making you want to constantly go back to see more of what this historical island has to offer
